Snag Lists A snag list is a compilation and inventory of construction and finishing details that require remediation in order for works to be accepted as complete. Prior to accepting any building as finished or complete, it is recommended that the works are snagged. We undertake detailed snag lists that itemise all unfinished works on a room by room basis. The list also includes external works that may be required. |

Pre-Purchase Surveys It is recommended that prior to purchasing a property, a survey should be carried out to assess the structural integrity of the building and identify any items that may be a cause for concern. In most cases, a pre-purchase survey will be required by the mortgage institution. We undertake detailed surveys, followed up by a written report outlining any concerns identified during assessment. The survey can include an inspection of the bounds to assess their accuracy or otherwise. |
