Pre-Purchase Surveys 

It is recommended that prior to purchasing a property, a survey should be carried out to assess the structural integrity of the building and identify any items that may be a cause for concern. In most cases, a pre-purchase survey will be required by the mortgage institution. We undertake detailed surveys, followed up by a written report outlining any concerns identified during assessment. The survey can include an inspection of the bounds to assess their accuracy or otherwise.
